01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Follow the sign just off the walking path along the Shakujii River, and the warm aroma of freshly roasted coffee drifts into the air. Suikosha is a small roastery that sells its own home-roasted beans while also serving hand-dripped pour-over coffee prepared to order.
The lineup on the counter spans light to dark roasts, featuring daily blends and single-origin selections from various growing regions, making it easy to find a flavor that suits your palate. Whether you prefer a smooth, gentle blend with minimal bitterness or a fruit-forward light roast, you can consult with the staff to choose a cup that matches the mood of the day.
Each cup is brewed carefully using a paper-drip method, ready to be sipped unhurriedly at a table inside or carried along on a walk by the river. The shop operates primarily during daytime hours from Wednesday to Saturday, and cashless mobile payments including PayPay and d-barai are accepted.
